If tank was bigger than 110 litres you MAY be able to do it if you introduce them of similar size and at the same time so they can find their own territories.
I have never owned angels before as my smaller tank is too small and my larger has Gouramis, but have heard how quarrelsome the angels can be, and dwarf Gouramis can also be a bit fin nippy - which again wouldn't go with angels.
