55G Gt Tank Mates? - If Any.

Basicually the 55g i currently have isnt all mine, i claim it as mine as i do all the work on it but i dont pay for it lol.
However, it MIGHT be getting moved into my crib due to them getting bored of it.

The current stock is in my sig, it's working but it'll never work long term and i know this.

Is there any tank mates i could put in the 55g for life with a
pair of green terror (that dont breed)?

I would just stick to tough plecs and fast dithers, Swordtails and Bleeding Heart Tetras would be good as would something like a smaller growing species of Panaque

Not sure if i'm getting the tank yet but best to be ready uh lol.

Bleeding Tetra might possibly work, would look pretty sweet too if it did - my GTs are abit on the non 'terror' side.
I'd have a better chance if i decor the tank so there was less 'eye contact' too?

Is there any 'larger' cory that would work?

Your GT's are still small, they will dominate that tank when bigger.

Yeah i know, maybe i'm best leaving the stock how it is and slowely moving and/or re-homing the stock when the troubles come along?

Yeah it is but tbh i'm kinda getting bored of it, i try to change the rest a tad but it doesnt help lol
- dont wanna rescape though as since i've put that ship in they aint been breeding, keeps the peace .

I'm impressed, i worked in an LFS when i was 15 and we had one for sale half the size of that one and it costed a ton! always wondered what it would look like in a tank lol. Looks great!

Lol yeaah they're pricey for what they are imo, we did get a fair bit knocked off though and
he even threw in a few of the fake plants for free too but it still wasnt cheap

I've seen someone do a malawi tank with the same ship too on youtube with
abunch of rock around it, looked pretty cool - shame my stand would prob fall over though lol.
