45 gallon in-wall tank

Here's a shot of my 45 gallon in-wall tank with mostly tetras and danios in it.

A very nice tank!! Pardon my stupidity, it's IN the wall? How it'll support the tank? And how u put it in?

No stupidity Yes, it is built into the wall. It is framed out inside the wall and is braced by a 2X4 stud frame. Then sheetrock goes right up to it and it is framed out with moulding. There is access to it and the filter equipment through two cabinets behind it in another room (behind a bathroom door). We thought it would be cool to have an in-wall tank, but didn't have a lot of wall space to do it, so we ended up with the 45 gallon one and I'm pretty happy with the result! Thanks for the nice words.

Awww shucks! Thanks guys I'll post a couple more pics to get a better perspective of the wall thing. It is actually in my breakfast nook. Most people don't notice it is a tank (they mistake it for an art picture) until they are sitting and eating and see fish swimming!

I took a peek and boy do YOU guys have some good looking tanks!!
How long have each of the tanks been set up?
