They need a VERY low PH... Too low for me. My pH is 8 but I have soft water. So I try to find fish with a ph of 7.8 or so...Chilli rasboras?
Maybe someday I will attempt keeping them... But for now I want to avoid them...When I first started keeping fish years ago, a dear friend on another fishkeeping forum suggested the rummynose to me
I had the same feelings about them as does @Rocky998 , initially...after having kept them for almost 10 years now, I can truly say they are indeed not only my favorite tetra, but favorite fish overall, as well
