Well I dont cure the water......its a bit hard to cure 100 litres of water tbh.....I use some dechlorinator, and I blast the water into the bucket with the shower head which is pretty powerful. This way, the chlorine gets knocked out of the water. Its the only way I can cope with having to change large amounts of water, and it seems to have worked fine so far. The deaths of the fish I am putting down to nitrite poisoning. I'll know for next time. If you are treating a tank with anti-biotics....make sure you do lots of regular water changes!!
