I used to be indecisive but now I'm not so sure!
Woody, if I had inherited this tank I would:
Take the live stock out and put in a box or another tank with heat and flow
Remove rock and pull off excess hair algae
Weigh rock (I dont think you have enough)
Buy more rock and then test every 48 hrs for a cycle
and the wait for nature to take its course - in the mean time, take those two blue damsels to lfs and ask if they will take them
