Thanks for all the kind words guys and girls there very much appreciated by myself and my wife {wow that’s weird after 11 years of girl friend }

Any way I have just posted off the forms for planning permission for my new build so fingers crossed that I get it granted in a couple of weeks or so then I can get the builders in and get it started.
