200 Gallon Aquarium

I didn't think this would be fit for the classified section since i'm not selling it, only asking what you guys think i could get out of it, but move it if need be.

I have a 200 gallon glass aquarium in perfect condition. It's the aquarium only. So how much do you think i could get in usd?

I think it really depends on:

your location

what venue you're planning on using i.e., craig's list, ebay, lfs, newspaper ad, etc.

the style of your tank

Second hand large aquariums generally arent worth much at all here in the UK, largelly due the hassle factor of moving. Here in the uk Ive picked up a 500l tank for £20 and a 1000l for £30 I think the biggest tanks that fetch money second hand are about 5'x2'x2' basically if two men cant move it and it wont go in the back of a car easily transport costs are going to hit the second hand price. Things might be very different over there. Ive seen even 8x2x2 tanks free to collector over here just to get shot of them when tanks are upgraded or people move etc.
