Hi guys, well after much debating I finally emptied these two tanks today and took the occupants to the shop for trade in, never done too bad actually got £212 in credit. Anyway, I am now setting up the 180gal 6x2x2 as a coral reef tank but I also decided that I would set up my 62gal 2.5'x2'x2' as something a bit different. At first I thought some kind of dwarf Lion or/and Frogfish with a possible eel or something, but speaking to the guy in the shop today I have changed my mind to possibly a Yellow Boxfish, Pipefish and Seahorses. This sounds like a perfect stocking list for me in terms of what i want, and of course before anything is 100% the research will be done, but as always I thought I would ask opinions on here. I will be trying to do a diary of these 2 tanks too although they will be lengthy ones I'm afraid.

Thanks in advance for any advice. Vinny

hi

seahorses and pipfish are slow moving fish and should have there own tank so i would not put any fish in that apart form the seahorse and pipefish

i have kept frogfish they grow big and eat most fish same again i would not mix

pictures dont work

Thanks for the reply. I did think that, and i see most people keep pipefish and seahorses together only. However my thinking is that a Boxfish is pretty similar in that it will keep itself to itself and its not the most mobile of fish either. The thinking being these would all just ignore each other pretty much.
