4th endler is missing this morning,

Can't see a body anywhere so I'm guessing he's been eaten

Do male guppies attack each other? As all my endlers are / were male and they are a fraction of the size of the normal male guppies

That is a lightly planted tank to be dealing with all the waste from 25 fish. It would not be enough to control all ammonia and resulting nitrates.

Found the problem. The filter has been sucking the endlers into it

Found one half in half out last night

Endlers will not be sucked into any reasonable filter. Try looking a bit further Peter C. You are describing a symptom, not a cause. I keep endlers in a very heavy flow tank and never find any in the filter suction. What is making them susceptible to being sucked into that filter inlet? That question will lead you to the real answer to your issue.
