I honestly want to cry after reading all of this... I may be wrong but that stocking is absolutely horrid! Only 1 angel? Only 1 kuhli? Dwarf gouramis with multiple males and a ram? Also... How are you cycling? Just cause you go: Oh ammonia is 0!? Time to go and add a ton of fish... There is a cycle progress and fish in is the worst way to go... Im sorry if you're taking this offensively but I'm just stating what I think... I also may be wrong on some things but my gut was feeling weird as I read through...

Im just going by what ive read on other websites, and i usually read atleast 5 on each species to look for different povs. Each time ive added fish it has been 3 at a time, a week apart. I also test my water every 2nd day, i have readings of 0ppm for Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrate every time ive tested it, PH is also consistent 7.4-7.6.

If these are all males, one will decide the tank is his and they will end up fighting.

x1 Male Bristlenose Pleco
This is OK

x1 Angelfish
Angels are really shoaling fish though a bonded pair can be kept. The tank is only just tall enough for angels - they need 45 cm water depth. And keeping angelfish with gouramis is not advisable as they are both territorial fish which occupy the same area of the tank.

x1 Swordtail
This is a hard water fish and all your other fish are soft water fish.

I've rehomed the swordtail and kuhli loach, the swordtail was actually really aggressive towards the dwarf gouramis. Also got a flame dwarf gourami so theres x4 male dwarf gouramis, will be getting 3 more yoyo loaches next week when new stock arrives

4 male gouramis is a disaster waiting to happen I'm afraid. These are territorial fish and will fight over territory even in a 190 litre tank.

ohhh no that sounds terrible, my yoyo loach is actually really friendly, hes happy to share is wafers with the Bolivian ram and Dwarf Gouramis, no signs of aggression whatsoever from him so far.
The kuhli loach hides out under the driftwood during the day but once lights go out hes super active.

There’s no signs of aggression until there are.

Hi. Your ram is actually a German Blue Ram, not a Bolivian Ram.

I wouldn't get more different kinds of fish right now. Instead, increase your loach numbers and rehome some male gouramis. For loaches, a lot of activity/movement doesn't necessarily indicate happiness - it could be stress. Loaches need to be in a group to have a good life.

In the photo in the first post, the ram does not appear to have any red in the eye ring. Rams have this red, Bolivian rams don't. However, it is always hard to tell with photos.
@Juiced you can see the fish in the flesh - does the ram have any red in the rings around the eyes?

I think the 4 male dwarf gouramis will be fine, there was aggression with the 3 but now with 4 there isnt any. The ram does have red in his eyes also a red stripe along the top of the dorsal fin, was thinking it could have been a blue german ram but was labelled as a bolivian butterfly at the store.

If you dont have driftwood, adding it for the pleco would be great. And yo-yo loaches do get pretty large and ive heard stories of them being pretty aggressive, but I have no experience with them. Id watch out with aggression and and how many cories you keep... Dont do 2 small groups of different cories, always opt for the largest group of shoaling or schooling fish you can provide...

There will be others with a lot more experience that can help with the angels but I think (I'm not sure) that they should at least be in a pair... As well as the rams

Rams in all it's varieties (Mikrogeophagus ramirezi) need a higher temperature than the other fish. But a Bolivian ram (Mikrogeophagus altispinosus) is fine.
If you decide on more Bolvian rams, you need to bear n mind that 2 males will fight and that a male and a female must choose each other - just any male and any female could well result in a dead female.

Loaches and cories should not be kept together. They occupy the same region of the tank and loaches are much more aggressive feedres than cories. I would choose one or the other, not both.
If you choose the loaches, at least 6.
If you choose cories, it is best to have at least 6 of the same species; but if you really want two species, then at least 3 of each.

Angelfish & rams & gouramis is a bad mix.
Angels and rams are both cichlids; angels and gouramis are territorial fish fish which occupy the same region of the tank.
Angels should really be kept in a group, but this tank is not big enough. It's also not tall enough - angels need a water depth of 50 cm minimum.



So that leaves you with:
Bolivian rams - either a single or a bonded pair.
A shoal of loaches or a shoal of cories.
Bristlenose
Maybe a dwarf gourami - if you can source a healthy one. or a pair of honey gouramis.
This would leave space for a species of shoaling fish.

This all assumes you have soft water.

Okay well guess I’ll take the angelfish back

Water is soft and tank heated to 26c, but now that it’s summer having 35c days here it sits at 28c.

How about if I stocked it with:
x4 Yo-yo Loaches
x4 Dwarf Gouramis
x1 Albino Bristlenose Pleco
x1 German Blue Ram
x1 Bolivian Butterfly Ram
and then adding
x1 Golden Ram
x5 Peacock Gudgeon

If Peacock Gudgeons aren’t an option either what other shoaling species could I introduce?
