The pond in general has been doing great, up until these past couple of days everything was out an about, looking healthy an feeding great. I particularly love watching all the Weather Loach out feeding. Unfortunately that has seemed to change overnight. I woke up yesterday to 2 dead fish. They were young ones I've had in there a couple of months. Before this they had been fine, these 2 were out an about feeding perfectly an looking healthy the day before, they are easy to spot as they are always in the planted section. I done a small water change, but today I've woken up, and found at least 8 more of the young fish that have been in there a few months, dead. Again, there seemed to be no warning signs. All the other fish seem fine, one of the Black Mollies had what seemed like a fungal infection, but this came on it so sudden, and none of the others had it.
The only thing that changed was a few days before, I turned off all the air stones an outlet for half an hour while I figured a few things out, round the pond. So the water was perfectly still for 30 mins or so. Given the water is quite green at the moment, could that have caused this? I never put a UV on it at the start. I've since bought the UV, but not attached it yet as it's clearing anyway, so I'll save it for the start of Spring now.
Any help on these losses would be welcome. I've literally no idea besides turning the air off for 30 mins, surely this length of time was not enough to cause this many deaths. I've tested twice and the results don't seem to have changed throughout the summer

I know the PH is slightly high, but no more than usual. It's generally around there since I started the project
