It was probably just a dalmation, as far as i'm aware a marbelled molly is a molly that has black and white markings but is overall more black than white- a dalmation molly is a molly that has similar markings but is more white than black .

It's your average dalmation. Coll little fish, I have seen one that only had one blotch. But was being sold for 10 bucks!
