1000 Us Gal Project

Wow this is really amazing! Please post pics when its full :D

haha i thought mine took ages at 3 hours but you'll be stood there still in the morning at that rate!!
have you got the doors sprayed yet? i have been waiting to see them since you told us about them!

the doors should be back tommorow friday the latest

no need to stand by the tank waiting for it to fill the sump has a overflow so just go back tommorow lunchtime and turn the pumps on

i have some bad problems with my foot so may need to go in hospital on friday for 2 weeks

so im not sure how much will get done

tanks about 1/4 full now

the water is running via the HMA so a bit slower than a normal hose

i run it via the HMA or it would haqve cost close to £100 in tap water conditioner

Wow. Give us some more pictures when you get a chance when it is full.
You must be knackered!

T1 i think im going to get one of those hma's that you got, off that site, but do you know when it says hose connector, is it just the standard quick release hose pipe job or is it one of the old screw on ones?
i could screw it to the inside of one of my cupboards and have a pipe going from it up the back and into the tank, and when i do water changes all i have to do is empty the normal 30% and then let the filter run until its full again, that sound about right?
less that £100 for up to 2 years? can't say fairer than that, and like you said when you add it up decent water conditioner does cost a fair bit!

still looking forward to seeing the new paint work! ha, thats sad isn't it!
