Ive had one about a year and the other about 6 months :) They both have an 'extended' tubular anus, the one with the ventral fin extensions does seem though to have a slightly larger 'tube' Im so confused :S

In that case then.. i might go and get another half dozen red phantom's :D

Just looked and examined the fish and noticed that they both have the same fins ect you mentioned..expect that one has really long extentions on the ventral fins...but has no extensions on the tail!.

thanks essjay..... i think looking by them that they are both female!...they do flair up to each other quiet a bit...especially around feeding time....what are the differences between the male and the female?...i want to go out and get a male as i want to have a shot at breeding them! :) thanks :)

my Bolivian rams..... can you help with the sex of them?

the one that i saw had a clip on plexiglass lid! .... i think its an amazing little tank!...thinking some pygmy corys and some shrimp?..would that work??

A few more shots of my tank, added 3 more corys, some java moss and some Amazon sword. Moved the wood towards each other nad pruned some plants back a tad, what do you guys think?

No Darren i wasnt saying that you are scare mongering mate, i was commenting on what inchworm said about the rams picking the cory's eyes out ect. :good: Anyhow, ive added 3 more Bronze Cory's do the mix, 6 in total now, will try and get some pics soon, cant say to much on the quality though...

Not alot goin on at the minute, plants on the left of the tank (as you see it) are starting to grow nicely!....i am looking at pressurised CO2, can anybody advise me on it? its completely alien to me! I'll get some more pics up soon!.

Thanks alot micko, its my 1st 'proper' planted tankso im learning all the time, pictured is my Pitbull Pleco, but as said, getting a snap of the Clown Pleco is soo hard! lol Ps. yeah i have fun downing that bottle of JD ;) :P
