heya, i am an experinced fish keeper for many years in, pond, coldwater, tropical & marine... but this one has stumped me. I seem to have a dieseae/infection in one tank that has: Gouramis, plecos, tetra, mollies, clown loach, pakistani loach, guppies. Now for some reason only my livebearers...

heya, sounds a wonderful size tank, yoyo loaches are little white and black loaches like a clown but white and black instead of orange and black, sadly clown's loose there colour as they get older and just turn into a dark grey colour. where as the yoyo loaches remain the same just get lazier...

not really up on guppies as i have never had any problems with them, as for pleco be very careful, it sounds like the start of coliflower/brocolli diease which is not nice and can destroy the fish!. There is nothing you can add or do if it is coliflower/brocolli diease, except for keep treating...
