that filter is gonna deplete any Co2 the plants need by causing too much surface tension. Put in some Drift wood, it will look great. And some large stones.

All fish can live in cold water. it just means that they wont grow as well because they're not used to it. as a general rule, most fish will prefer warmer water 24C-28C over colder water. Fish are cold blooded, so just like a lizard without a hot-rock, the fish will become dodgy and lethargic...

man im so agro my 3 males have been reduced to 1/2 a male. One died a few days after i got it from stress related reasons. Now i come home from last night and i see the other one is dead in the corner covered in some wierd fungus and the last remaining one has a big chunk of its tail missing...

catch you're fish at night when they're sleeping. easiest way. if you move them to their new tank at night they will be more accustomed to their tank by day break. They actually use this method to catch fish on the reefs. Moe

HA! you think THAT is DIY... i used breed guppies and i just got my fish bag, poked some holes in it with a needle, chucked in some java moss and chucked in a pregnant female, then floated the bag inside the tank (but water still cycled throguh the bag).
