i increased temp to about 80f and i do have aeration its not table spoon its teaspoon. its a 30g right now so lets say i take out 5g would i put in half a teaspoon?

ok ive gone through the 1st 24hrs (25%water change and dosing with 1tsp per 10g. now day 2 im suppose to do another water change and dose again. HERE IS THE QUESTION how much do i dose? full dose? half? estimated amount that i took out? what? because i don't think doing partial water changes...
