The stocking wont work well if either of the pairs have fry they will protect their area at all cost. So if one pair takes one side and the other pair the other side the fish in the middle have a very limited space they can safely occupy. 

It really depends on what you want. More readily available fish like yellow labs and rusty cichlid will be cheaper than more rare ones.

Back when I had a cichlid tank I got some power compact lights that also had actentics. My water turned green. I upped my filter from a 55 gallon handling unit to a 100 gallon unit and the water was crystal clear the entire time I had that setup.

the first couple look like closed up zoas. If you put a light on them even a flashlight they will open. The last looks like a pest anemone called aiptasia. You want it gone fast. Few things will kill it and it can overtake your tank and kill everything in it.

I don't plan on keeping any really small shrimp. I've had my current wrasse for about 10 months and he hasnt snapped at any shrimp but I have seen mysterys going for peppermint shrimp if you just drop them in the tank.

I would suggest a midas blenny. It's a very pleasant fish that will spend time swimming in the upper water column until it decides to rest on a perch. I don't know about all of the fish you were looking at but my gramma was a pod hunter. I would say a wrasse would be perfect as some of them move...

Yeah I plan on having coral thats why it narrows it down so much. I plan on getting the blenny, and probably two other fish. I really want the angel, but those can go either way I also really like clown and cardinals but they are pretty stationary.
