I was just curious how often people replace the heaters in their tanks. I know the obvious response would be only when they stop working, but I have read lots of stories of heaters taking all the fish with them when they die. This may be a bit paranoid & premature but I have grown quite attached...

Im also red green colour blind, but I found it alot easier to read the tests if I covered one eye. It seems the colour blindness is worse in my left eye than my right. It may or may not help you doing it this way, but its worth a try ;) Mr-Xoc
