thanks for that great respone they have plenty to hide amongst ad do in the tank and see to be calming down. its probably going to end up i get rid of everything else as i cant buy another tank due to the mother :)

i really want the puffer tank. but what am i supposed to do with the rest of the fish. if i was to keep all the fish. what risk am i taking. is there any chance they will live. im not saying im going to do this because i dont wana injure any of my fish. but i dont want to get rid of them...

neons and a red tail shark. ive noticed the aggression. the smallest one is going for the other two. and all 13 neons have nips out of their tails. am i in trouble?

DWARF yellow puffers sorry.

Bought 3 Dwark Yellow Puffer today. really pleased. going to keep them for a bit now and see how they get on and then probably move onto a bigger single puffer :) fed them some bloodworm earlier and they loved it. they are sooo smallll :D

Was just wondering what sort of hours you have your lights on for? also i have a automatic timer that knocks the light on and off and some point. but it ticks REALLY loudly and i find it hard to sleep with it. is there a 'quieter' option avaliable? thanks alot.

id never put 2 sharks 2geather in a tank anywhere near as small as mine. i will now keep an eye on the shark and see how hes getting on. if i feel hes outgrowing the tank and is unhappy. then out he comes and goes off to a better home. been as i cant buy a bigger tank as its in my bedroom...

thank you. this seems more constructive to me tbh. if the shark was to out grow the tank and start attacking the other fish i wouldnt hesitate to take it out or buy a bigger tank. i dont intend harming my fish. thank you.

my uncle works for madienhead aquatics and honestly knows what hes on about and said it should be fine. my dads one never grew that big in his tank. and i cant see the neons becoming lunch anytime soon. my dad and grandad have both had redtails and they have never gone for any other fish...

Width: 25cm Height: 30cm Length: 50cm the red tail is fairly new had it about 2 weeks i think. its in the tank with 13 neons a bristle nose and a banjo cat. the shark is definatly eating and has plenty of things to hide behind. rocks, plants, bogwood.

seems to do sod all but hide. and its annoying me as i find them an attractive fish. any ideas?
