i wouldn't have said they look cloudy, they just look like they are covered over with something. Will give the water another stat test in a mo when my friends leave.... if they leave.... we're a bit addicted to looking at the moon at the moment, it's looking cool. :) tank is approx 120 litres.

hi there I've been given a 3ft tank. However 2 of the corners have small peices of glass missing. I tested the tank and it's leaking. Once it gets to about half way down the leaking stops. Do you reckon it would be ok to put a load of silica sealant in the corners of the insside of the tank...

i've got a 500 too. Only thing I have found is that the lights are a bit too bright for my fish. When the lights are on the fish very rarely go above half way, and the second they are turned off they all start swimming to the top of the tank.
