could you house a firefish (magnifica) with a purple firefish (decora), in a tank with lots of live rock and hiding places?

what about things like snails and other small usefull inverts, would they be gobbled up by the snowflake eel?

What would be the minimum sized fish to be housed with one of these? Would a clownfish be an easy meal? Are they a real danger to corals or can they be kept with some types? any useful information would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

my fish store has a few up and running saltwater tanks from which they sell live rock out of. do i need to 'cure' the live rock before i use it or not, as it was allready in an established tank? is this the way most of you get your live rock?

it may sound cruel, but save the mum as she can allways have fry again and she has a better chance of survival than the fry anyway. sorry i can't be of much more help :sad:

i have a senegal bichir (18cm) and feed him bloodworms, cafish pellets, and the occasional mussel. :hey: should i feed him anything else and what do you feed yours?

i have decided to get a saltwater tank and i was wondering what fish/inverts to put in it. it is about 280liters, 70 gallons ish i'd like a reef tank, but some fish i might like to get won't go well with that. are bannerfish ok with corals, anenomis, shrimps ect... thanks for the help

if you want a wierd and cool fish, get a bichir or a black ghost knife. they are carniverous fish though, and will eat smaller fish. clown loaches are amazing and fun to watch also.
