Any Jewel Tank Owners Added Additional Internal Filters?

I do something similar change the pads weekly and a water change fortnightly and i also clean the filter in the old tank water too at that time . I just think the Jewel filter is naff at removing the wee bits that seem to be suspended in the water . Kip

Any Jewel Tank Owners Added Additional Internal Filters?

Thanks Kenstir will give that a go as i'm actually thinking of using an additional filter as opposed to removing the Jewel all together . So if it improves the performance of the Jewel system that's great . Cheers .

Any Jewel Tank Owners Added Additional Internal Filters?

Thanks DarkEntity for the reply and info it's appreciated . I think i'll give one of these filters a go as they seem very good . I like the Aquaone one tanks very nice and stylish but impractical for me personally though would have loved one . Thanks again . Kip Fae Ayrshire (Ish )

Any Jewel Tank Owners Added Additional Internal Filters?

Hi All , I am unhappy with the filtering from my Jewel Rekord 120 tank . I bought this tank to replace a 48" tank that took up up too much floor space by getting this tank allowed it to be fitted on a built in shelf so clearing the tank from the floor . My old tank used a Fluval...
