I reckon the visions do look better, we chose a vision 450 and are really happy with it, but saying that it does look a bit weird looking from the sides and whenever my parents come over it plays havoc with my mums eyes

Thank you very much for the information , i will try and sort it out very soon, the only problem about taking the jewel filter out is we cut the backing around it so not sure what we will have to do about that

Hiya, they are pretty good most of the time but then with out no warning will have a massive bust up which have resulted in a few marks on them , but most of the time they are swimming around next to eachother no problem, we are wondering if they are male and female now though with them circling...

I used to have the ship in the trigon but i wouldn't have the space in there now because of the oscars Is it worth getting rid of the jewel filters completely and getting 2 externals per tank then?

Yes its just the jewel filter at the moment, i've got to sort out another filter to go in this tank soon, and another filter to add to thr trigon with the other 2 oscars, we do very regular water changes so at the moment its not a problem but i know soon it might be.

Heres a picture of my oscars when we first got them and another one of how big they are now, they are roughly 8 inches now are are in a jewul trigon 350. ignore the finger prints on the tank, kids are a pain, it was cleaned the day before. weve got to get alot more plants for the tank soon.

These are our 2 new members of the family, they are in a jewul 450 vision , with some tin foil barbs and parrot fish, i think they are lovely.

I've got 2 oscars roughly about 8inches and a 10 inch plec in a trigon 350 just wondered if i could have one more fish in there with them, been thinking of a green terror or jd , does anyone know if this would be a good combination, any info would be great

Hiya Sam ,the tank is 450 vision jewul , just the 2 oscars and a 10inch plec , the oscars are between 3 and 4 inches long

Hiya , just wondered if anyone knows with oscars if they are circleing eachother and flapping their tails hard to describe really but they are not trying to bite eachother would this be they are pairing up? I did have 3 parrot fish in with them for a while they are all ok but then the oscars...

Hiya this is my trigon 350 , community tank, added alot more plants than before as they were getting eaten as qiuck as i was putting them in there, still a few things i need to change in there , but its starting to look how i want it to.
