Hi all; where do you guys get the snails for your puffers? Especially the dwarf puffers; apparently the snails have to be the size of the puffer's eye? I have checked ebay but can't find them... Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

that's awesome and very tempting i must say... but i was sort of hoping to get a puffer... like so many before i have fallen in love with puffers lol. so i was thinking of having another 10gal tank with the backup snails for my puffer... so there is always a good supply... so i need about 70...

Thanks for the feedback- 'In brackish the snails would all die fairly quickly.' Not if i put in brackish snails, surely? :D So you reckon a figure eight puffe needs at least 15gallons... is that american or imperial? there's like 20litres difff. really annoying with three volume masurements...

well to answer your Q on the saltinity... well to try to... i think some archers can cope well even better in full marine.. but some prefer the bracksih setuip all life, there are even some that only live in fresh water, but forget about them for just now... anywayu, yes i could hold onto them...
