I have a 55 gal and need to know which end to put the powerhead at. Do I put it on the end near the filter or on the opposite end? Maybe in the middle? I can't seem to find the answer. Please and thank you!

Never mind. I just found him at the bottom of the tank. DH did a little "autopsy" and found that the bulge was an air pocket. This is very upsetting as we have had him since he was nickel sized. I checked the water and all levels are safe. We'd still like to know what caused his death...
