Hi I have an aquael ultramax external filter and it has a pre filter at the top. How often would you rinse the pre filter sponge out in a bucket of tank water? I did it last week and wondered if it should be a weekly thing. Thanks

Hi Is the snail moving? Are your parameters ok as snails are the first to let you know. He's maybe just settling in as it can take a while for them when added to your tank. Is the betta leaving him alone?

It's a juwel thermostat it's the eliminates that's glowing red, haven't seen this before. They go of when it's reached the temp.
