Juwel thermostat

Hi ive put in a new juwel thermostat into my aquarium and when it heats up the whole thermostat is going red is this normal? I'm just use to the red dot glowing on heating not the whole thing.

If its a fluval 'T' series then yes thats normal. Red shows when the thermostats heating, then blue when its reached its desired temperature

It's a juwel thermostat it's the eliminates that's glowing red, haven't seen this before. They go of when it's reached the temp.

Oh sorry, yeah thats fine, ive had other heaters like that before
