EMERGENCY: Honey gourami with a lip bleed and warts on her lip. (Well it looks like that to me.)

Already put the ("ill honey gourami") sunset gourami in a different tank. He/She is in a 75 gallon with loads of corys. He/she has stopped hiding now and is swimming around happily. The dwarf stripy rainbow gourami is trying to find something to pick on but there isn't anything. He's attacking...

This is the dwarf gourami: Then I have 2 of these (so called Honey gourami.) Only got a picture of one. The other one likes to hide in plants/caves so I couldn't find him. Here is a picture of the sick one: Sorry about all the the bits flying around, as you know I have done a 150% tank...

white stuff on harliquins mouth. help!!!!!

Keep a VERY close eye on that. It could be nothing, it could be something simple to treat, it could wipe out your whole tank. I am recovering from an outbreak of columnaris that took out 23 out of 28 of my fish. The first symptom of the first fish that appeared sick was white "fungus" looking...

EMERGENCY: Honey gourami with a lip bleed and warts on her lip. (Well it looks like that to me.)

Took a while but I have now finished by 150% tank change. Honey gourami seems to have healed. This is weird. She has just lost a bit of her top fin, I think the rainbow dwarf found her in her special plant and attacked. Still surprised of how she is pitch perfect again. (Except for top fin...

    Sad swordtail

Most likely your water hardness, swordtails need hard water. If you have soft water the swordtail won't be very happy. Never listen to your local fish shop, they will sell you anything to make money. Also I think your Swordtail may of caught a parasite. That's probably why it's not eating...

Is this Platy male or female?

Seems you figured how to do so. I saw your post which fluttermoth pretty much answered. I'll answer you here anyway. Fry need: Hiding spots Floating plants Daily water changes Normal food crushed up so it can fit in the frys mouth. That's all. Not much but it will keep the fry healthy. ~Karen
