Ok - how long do I do those daily changes?

So the tap water is good but once in the tank, the Ph goes down to 6.0 - it has been a perfect 7.0 - 7.5 range for 8 months - what has happened?

Every 3-4 weeks I change about 2 gallons - it's a 6 gallon tank. I have found molted skeletons as well.

I did a water test on the Tap itself and not from the tank: 7.5 ph Gh 120 Kh 180 Super baffling......
