I agree with star4, keeping healthy water conditions throughout this is vital. May I add that your fish is very nice, I'd love to keep a piranha some day.

I like platies, as they're fun to breed and my last batch of platy fry had many combinations of colours and patterns, as I had quite a nice range of platies in my tank. I also like guppies, as I love to see how their tails turn out.

Even if you just get a platy or guppy you can have some intruiging fry. If you find a nice combination of colours and patterns with the breed you choose, some of your fry should be very interesting.

It is uncertain when she will give birth again, as it is different for each fish. However, she may give birth either today or tomorrow - it can take longer.
