I cleaned my tank out this morning, when I finished i noticed 1 black widow tetra drifting around the tank upside down, though it was still vaguely alive, 1 fish died then 2 more started drifting around upside down (still alive)! What shall I do? And what is happening? I have not done anything...

I had a siamese fighting fish with black neon tetras and peppered cories. I never had one problem with them. They should be ok with your fish, but I would get some expert advice first.

A few days ago I noticed many transparent eggs spattered across my tank glass, I know they are cory eggs because I have caught them in the breeding process. I have found these eggs a few times but nothing has ever come of them. Someone tell me everything there is to know about peppered cory...

I have corys on gravel, is this the reason they always seem to hide, or is that natural?

I have 4 peppered corydoras and I usually feed them on algae wafers, i have tried feeding them peas and lettuce in the past but they never touch it, are there any other foods I can try?

Will different species of cory form shoals together? (I.E:peppered corys, albino corys and bronze corys)

I have got 6x black widow tetras and 5x black neon tetras, the black widows seem to have split the black neon tetras shoal up and mixed in with them. Can different species of tetra form shoals together?

I wash the filter foams in the aquarium water that i take out. If the media is the filter part that holds the bacteria, i do not do anything to it ?

I was told that a group of 3 corys was sufficient, is it vital that they are in groups of 6 or would a group of 3-4 suffice?

I have had the tank going for a year, i change 1/3 of the water every 2 weeks.

in a 54l tank you could have about 15-18 small- medium sized fish.

Female corys are a lot fuller in the body than males, also a males dorsal fin is pointy and stands at about a 90 degree angle compared to the female dorsal which is slanted diagonally at about a 45 degree angle.

my tank water keeps going misty a few days after water changes. How can i stop this?
