It could be an ulcer, or an abscess. It’s rare for cancerous lumps to form, though I’ve had it happen once. But since yours is white, it’s likely not. This can be caused by them rubbing up onto something sharp, or some kind of other injury. Maintain clean water and it SHOULD heal on its own...

The tiger fish are eating completely fine. I e tried frozen brine shrimp, bloodworms and different flake food. Nothing worked.

The blue one in the photo was perfectly fine, eating this morning then I came back from the store and it was dead. Same thing with my crawfish In another tank.

Yes it is fully cycled. I let it cycle for a month even when I added bacteria. I acclimated them, but I didn’t have an issue even after that. They were living fine for A week and that one died.

Maybe you should keep them separated and see how it goes, maybe medicate the skinnier one for parasites or a bacterial infection. And if nothing improves then it may be a nutrition issue, though I don’t see anything wrong with what you’re feeding them.

This could be a parasitic or bacterial infection. It could also have to do with their diet. What do you feed them? Also, what’s your water parameters ?

I think if you want to keep the babies you should get a bigger tank and rehome the goldfish because those will quickly outgrow that tank
