I bought 3 blue dragon guppies, the other two are completely fine but one of my female won’t eat. I’ve medicated for parasites and nothing has changed. Super active and still colorful just won’t eat. And now it’s gotten to the point she’s so skinny she looks like a stick. Help

Maybe she is protesting the foods? Have you tried frozen food or other foods in general?... Most fish can't resist good frozen food... If you still cant get her to eat it may be a disease or parasite... Although knowing for sure what it is may be hard... Are any of the other fish in the tank showing signs of disease or weakness?

can you have a picture? it is probably a parasite if she is thin within a week. fish are still very fat with a week of no food

What are you treating it with?

Post pictures of the fish.
Check the water quality for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH.
Do a big water change and gravel clean the substrate.
Add some salt (2 heaped tablespoons of salt for every 20 litres of water). Keep salt in tank for 2-4 weeks.

The tiger fish are eating completely fine. I e tried frozen brine shrimp, bloodworms and different flake food. Nothing worked.

Ok. Its most likely a parasite of some sort then... Follow Colin_T's advice and hopefully it can recover.
