I think having a female only tank would take away from the main reason for keeping them, ie to see them establishing territories and bringing up youngsters.

My LFS always has some in Stock. The UK is obviously different. I agree though that there are surely loads being tank bred. I quite fancy keeping them but the main reason I haven't tried them yet is because think the fry would be difficult to shift.

More females than males is probably the best way to keep livebearers happy, but the outcome will be in a few months your tank(s) will be full of them. If you are lucky and have a good strain then your LFS may take some off your hands but without some population control you will soon be inundated...

TBH that doesn't sound like a baby molly, they are born free swimming. Sounds more like planaria.

It would be easier to get rid of the molly than to change water properties. This would be an ongoing thing, not just a one off.

He shouldn't bother the cories. You could drip acclimatise him, put him in a small container in water from the tank hes in, and slowly add water from the tank hes going to.

I'm certain that you have 2 males. If you have a big enough tank they may co-exist as there are no females to compete for. If you want to add females, unless you have a large tank, I'd advise rehoming on of the males.

It could well be a swim bladder problem which can be caused by constipation. I believe blanched peas are supposed to be good for this but I never managed to persuade any of my fish to eat peas.

TBH adding fish that may well be sick to an established tank is asking for trouble. I know you did it with the best of intentions but you are risking any fish that are already in that tank. The fish look like balloon mollies which due to their inbreeding are probably less hardy than normal...

First thoughts - Big tank big fish. Maybe though you could do the opposite, ie Big tank, nano fish. A well planted tank with some massive schools of small fish like ember tetras and a herd of corydoras would look spectacular.
