Ok so i'm thinking about starting a planted tank. right now I have a 10 and 5 gallon tank. the 5 gallon one has LED lights but the 10 gallon one only has dem regular lights. could someone tell me what types of plant do well in gravel and soft water thanks.

here is some things i found around the internet 1 you could remove all the fish from the tank. 2 turn off the light. and 3 feed her. that's all I know sorry if it is not that much help 

Okay so changing the water might not have been the best thing for your fish:( sometimes fish will get stressed when changing the water. when you change the water with a prego fish that's in labor you risk her getting stressed! I was looking at my guppy fry thus morning and saw one with a green tail it's butiful! Do they get the green this early? Thanks

Hi all. So my tiger guppy had 60 fry about 2 weeks ago. I have them in a 5 gallon tank and I am about to get a 10 gallon tank for them. I noticed that about 15 or 20 of them have one black dot on their tail. And about 5 have all black fins is this normal I read some where that they don't get...

  I made the mistake of getting a gourami with guppies,mollies,platies and it was a disaster he tried to nip their fins and stuff like that I had 2 die from stress thanks to him. I relocated him but if she wants mollies and guppies stay away from groumies hope that helped.

its not a male unless males can have babies LOL. she has had 3 babies so she is a female. what I wanted to know is she like a certain type of platy like a gold dust, sunburst ETC.

I have added some photos but can anyone tell me what type of platys this is. I get them from the pet store and have them in my 5 gallon breeder tank to get all the fry out of them so i can start my own line of fish thanks for the help.

hello i know everybody on here hates me but im just gonna come out and say ya'll are the only place that knows stuff so heres my question. i have one fish in my 10 gallon tank it is a dwarf gourami can i get a red fin shark or would he be to aggressive? thanks.  

Thanks for all the help she had 118 only 80 made it through the berth I think it killed them because I had got her from the pet store one week before she had the babys and that was a lot of stress having to move from the tank she was in

No just the one female but I did have one male for a day but he had a disease and died

I have a question about the mom I do not have her amail in the tank will she still keep having babies in the next month or so?

So I will be showing pic of the fry as they grow up they are newborns there are 118 (not all of them are a live) I will get read of the dead ones in a few days. There are some eggs I'm going to leave them in there because one of them looked like it is going to hatch. Hers the pics

Ok thanks I will look around I think he allready I had it in hem because I had only had him for one day The only one it sounded like was the anchor worm but still I don't think that's was it was

Ok so I have had this fish for one day. He was not like this when I got him he looked like he got attacked by a nother fish! the only fish I have right now that would hurt him is the female swordtail. Could he have a disease the femail is pregnant thanks for the help
