Yes,I just pour it into the water in the flow from the power head. I’m not one for fertz either and I only go as far as iron and potassium,they do seem to make a difference.

5ml per 100l of tank water is the dosage with the seachem flourish potassium.Use the bottle cap,as a full cap equals 5ml,so I add 4 caps to my 400l tank.straight forward. What size is your tank in litres?

Flourish potassium has the dosage on the bottle.I wouldn’t bother with the iron until you test your water source for iron first.
