I thought the Gourami has to be Neutral 7?? I could be wrong, the gourami maybe able to cope with the slightly acidic water. Like i say mate dont quote me i could be wrong.

People have and keep set-ups with different cichlids from certain origins, say for instance lake Malawi, they will have species that only come from lake Malawi meaning their set-up is pure and has all the correct species kept together. If that makes sense??

Yeah i think you have a group which is good. Are they all related?? They could cause a few problems in the bloodlines plus their colors and barring may not be in the best condition but if your not selling the fry on i wouldnt worry. I doubt any of the fry will survive anyway as the vast majority...

Are you sticking with the zebra's?? What else can you get hold of? Most Metriaclima species get to be a large chunky fish.

I keep watching the vid and its frustrating me lol can you get any more pics?? Well you have 6 labs so i would say another 12 to 15 (depending on species) so maybe 6 of 1 species and 6 of another species or 3 species in smaller group's. Just need to find out what the other fish are.

True, just have to choose your species wisely, Otherwise you could have 2 or 3 males colored up and the other's left in a drab dull color(been sub dom males). Your tank could be a little small for some peacock species too.

You do have some Pseudotropheus Acei I think. One of the fish looks like an Aulonocara species to. What size tank you have again TK??

Dwarf Mbuna will work well in your aquarium, Pseuodtropheus Saulosi/iodotropheus sprengerae and some Cynotilapia species to. You cold of also go down the tang route? Among Tanganyikan cichlids there is more smaller species to choose from that will be ideal for you tank.

The first one i wouldn't worry about he/she looks like a thorough bred fish, the second does look like an acei just not sure with it been blurry. Good, will be able to tell what it is :)
