My recently planted aquarium has a visitor. Its a snail and it must have stowed away on the plants when i bought them... What kind of snail is this ? Is it detrimental to my plants ? Is it going to be a problem for my fish ? I don't think its eaten (any noticeable amount anyway) plants as yet...

Def no expiration date on the bottles... I'm going to borrow a friends test kit and compare results (just out of curiosity) before i go buying another ! I'll let you know how it turns out :)

I will be hiding the filter in one of the cubby holes in units underneath the tank as soon as i pick up some longer tubing... I cut them shorter when i used the filter for a tank i had for my turtle many moons ago.. Its just there to get going with the cycling tbh :)
