They definitely dont like bright lights. They are bulldozers also, if they do zoomies around the tank most plants in their way will get pulled out or damaged You could try low light plants like anubias or java fern. All mine are now kept in bare bottom tanks

I leave them in it for at least a day, i want to be sure the little sods are dead :) I have snails in tanks i have dosed, i just do a large water change. And it isnt always fatal to snails either sadly.....i was told it was and dosed a tank overrun with pond snails, i still have pond snails lol

Unsure, i dont put it in tanks that are not being rinsed afterwards. Plants however can go into No Planaria, i always dip any i get from a certain store here as i know they have them in their plant tank

You can use the No Planaria, just move the snails to a different container. Give it a large water change before returning the snails

Use 'No Planaria', simple and effective. Also works with hydra (one dose). Love the stuff, handy to have in the cupboard. No need to bleach the tank either
