Hi, went to use my kh/gh test and it's out of date so I'm waiting on a new one, pH from tap is 6.8 -7.0 , I do 50% pwc and always go over the top of the sand, pwc I've upped to 2x weekly hoping this helps, I have 200grams of crushed coral but wasn't sure where to start. Thank you

Hi ive been noticing lately my Ph in my elephant noses tank has gone from 6.6 to 6.4 , today I checked again and it was 6.2 now I have crushed coral but hesitant if I'm doing the right thing adding it to my filter? Or do I leave the pH alone? Any help would be great

Hi I have a 3yr old king tiger pleco and use to buy her chopped frozen prawns to eat with her other food, but they stopped selling it so I've bought cooked prawns can I feed her one of these chopped up? Thanks

That's what I'm doing at the moment even with the lights of but the tetras are there, my elephant noses don't get live weekly it's usually when I order them the rest of the time it's frozen which the tetras don't bother.

My elephant noses only eat frozen or live bloodworm or brine shrimp I can't do anything about that, but my congo tetra are feeding on flake and pellets it's just when I feed the elephant noses they'll grab what they can.

Hi just received these in my fish order and they are suppose to be live blackworms? I haven't used these before for my elephant noses, usually it's live bloodworm but they are out of them, is it just me or do they look like tubifex? If they are I don't want to use them. Thanks

They shouldn't up root your plants hopefully! Mine are in a planted tank without any problems.

I have elephant noses and my oldest is 10years, I've worked hard to look after them they are my dream fish I always make sure they get what they need. I've seen so many people buy them and fail it just takes research before buying and giving them what they require.
