One goldfish per 20 gallons and for each additional one add 10 gallons. That's the average rule. See if they are common, ranchu or comet goldfish. those need 100+ and get up to like 1-2 feet. Others get up to like 6-8 inches.

Well it depends on the type of goldfish. Some are comfortable in 20 gallons while others NEED 100+. Pics would help. I would take them and rehome them ASAP.

While the conditione listed above are most cerinaly appreciated by the fish mine does just fine in hard alkaline water.

I control myself. Well maybe that's because my only tank is fully stocked and I'd have to get rid of some furniture to get another. Although a 54 corner would fit up stairs....

They have no ground to evict you if the agreement (in paper with a signature) say nothing about hoe many tank you can have. If they choose to take you to court you will win. You may be even able to counter sue if that comes up. But I doubt it will. I wouldn't do anything.

Thank for sharing. You know I cant do photos right now but I will if I ever get a chance. Mine is blowing through my algae. I love it. So far I wouldn't consider them 'hard' right now. Mine is doing well in my hard alkaline water so far and I expect it to continue to do so. :)

I don't think it's eith of those 3. In vampires there is a solid black edge at the back/edge of each fin/tail. Form what I observe form the op's pic it looks to not have those solid black edges. It looks spotted throughout the entire fins/tail.

It depends on the fish. If there is similar fish I will usually a scientific name. And if there are several common names for one fish or one name that can refer to several fish. :)
