That’s normal, it’s the shrimpies insides. As he is a low grade little guy he’s more transparent and their organs etc show more

20% is merely enough if you have treated the tank. Do a huge water change 70-90 % and see how you go. One of the more knowledgeable ones will be able to further you more with it also
