Also try adding some filter floss as this will remove any small suspended particles from the water as it passes through your filter. To use it simply remove the filter sponge and wrap the floss around the sponge......once your water is clear again remove the floss and discard, simple enough...

Oh yes i forgot.......i also run 2 Juwel Rekord 120's and the built in filter and heater housing is "quite" good only falls over in a well stocked aquariumn (which all of mine are lol) slow flow rate 600 lph :what: i back this up with the aforementioned Fluval 3plus internals :D

Just a quick update...........i have moved Nikki's King tiger Pleco and one of her Leopard Pleco's into the predator tank along with my Scobi Ancistrus as they were getting too big to be kept with the inhabitants of the 2 foot community tank they came out of :look: :laugh:

Well after doing much research into the keeping of these fish in the aquarium and in the light of recent events (see special announcment) i have reluctantly decided against keeping these fish for the time being as i would need to set up another large tank and at the moment that is not an option...
