i have 2 in a 55 and ive had them for 8 months and just in the past 2-4 weeks they have been fighting alot,and they have spawned 4 times already so it doesnt seem like pre-spawning behaviour,because they didnt seem that rough b4 :/...and i dont think i can part with either :no: i love them...

:( my angels have been fighting alot again but now its eems the tables have turned the male is dominating,i think he really hurt her today there is a peice of skin missing from her lip and now shes not eating,i even tried a peice a brine shrimp(which she loves)and she didnt budge.im gonna...

the other one,he has a big split in his back fin,you can see they dont look to healthy now but im gonna fix that

oh i dont have the oscar Anna just the convicts for now and i may take the yellow one.I just took the ones that looked like they were about to die,i dont even know if that is the right name for them maybe ill post a clearer pic to make sure and i dont know if they cost alot because like i said i...

well i didnt actually steal them but they were about to die a huge oscar,a pleco 2 convicts and some other big yellow fish in a 27 gallon :o i think its for the best :nod:

aernympha is right they are very delicate,i was loooking into having them and i decided not too and ive had my tanks for over a year.i'd say they are definatly for ppl that are very experienced fish keepers :nod:

hi im juts looking for some info on convicts,i rescued 2 last night from the living hell they were in and i know nothing at all about then if anyone could just let me know the basic like what food,temperatues stuff like that would help alot....thanks :)

so they look like they are enjoying the new tank i tried to feed them a little bit of brine shrimp they picked at it a bit but werent too interested.so what do these guys usually like to eat??and temperatures??any info would be great because i know nothing about these fish.is a 20 gallon...

its a 27 gallon :o i took the 2 black ones and put them in my 20 gallon for now...i dont know what else to do?? :huh: the yellow one is very very aggresive so i dont wanna put him in with them just yet but i will try to figure out something

ok this is just sooo sad you guys have to help!!!! :( i met this guy he lives really close to me and he told me he was babysitting his friends tank and its in bad shape bla bla bla,so i go over and check it out and its just awful :no: he has an oscar,a huge pleco and 3 other fish which i dont...

Its looks neat though.Ive always liked heavily planted tanks.I think it looks great as it is but im sure youll make it look even better :) :) :)
