Thats not a hole thats the dalmation print on her. She doesn't have a hole its just really red inside of her. She seems to be just acting depressed, laying around, sometimes she swims, now today though she won't eat which isn't good. Really not sure what to do or how to treat????

Mardel makes Maroxy which is an anti-fungal here is the link to there website... Mardel Maroxy You could also use any API, or Jungle products that are anti-fungals... personally i recommend Maroxy. Hope everything works out for you...

i did also forget to mention she is showing, rapid breathing, loss of color, she eats quite a bit, seems to be sluggish, always hiding or laying at the bottom. Thanks for reading....

Your tank readings are good, I have read what everyone else said. Those readings mean that your tank is cycled so something else is going wrong. You can stop your water changes every day because that won't help anything it will just stress your fish more... what kind of ornaments or plants do...

Fin and Tail rot is really bad and most of the time you can't always cure that. I would treat with Maracyn 2. That is an internal and external antibiotic. That might be your fishes best hope.

Try the pea's they should clear it up if it doesn't then definatly go with a antibiotic. Most websites that you read about Swim Bladder will say Maracyn two, or melafix. Personally I would use Maracyn Two, I've used it before, it works fast and is a great product.
