    Grr....Ich just won't go away

IF i were you i wouldn't be adding medications to the tank. Stop doing that, put in carbon and do a water change. Then raise your temperature to 85-86, it will speed up the life cycle of ich so fast it will starve and dieoff, the fish can handle these temperatures it is i have treated most of...

    Syno Multipunctatus - cuckoo Catfish

Yea, your definetaly going to need more then a pair, more harder to breed species as they need hosts. Hap ahli's make good as ahli's breed like crazy and easily. Bigger tank better though like 55g or 75g. They will begin to spawn once the setting is right and as long as their other fish are...

Question to anyone who's used Tahitian Moon Sand

Just a side note, the black sand found at home depot looks and gets a brownish color once in tank for awhile, doesnt look good compared to TMS.
  8. M

    any good substrates out there

TMS runs $12/20lbs here, another alternative if you want white sand is to go to Home Depot, and look for white tropical sand, it will have a picture of a boy in blue overalls on it, rinse it really good and put it in, it will indeed look great after it's seeded. I've only used the white & brown...

    Nano Tank Diary...

cute kid! Yea i like them minifloaters they nice. I think i am going to sell the bakpak2 and buy a seaclone 100 for the 10g, i need something that won't take up all the space in the back like my bakpak, and figured well if seaclone is crap on bigger tanks might just do good job on a 10g! lol...

    Setting up a nano-reef

you know a 30L would make a good starter tank for SW newbies. Not too big not too small enough room to screw up yet if it does screw up u dont lose to much.
