Maybe "Paragoniates Alburnus" I cant find a pic anywhere, They are almost like a dwarf rainbowfish in shape with a black spot on the tail, from the upper Amazon, get to about 2.5 inches

No, they can definitely not be kept in a 10G they need lots of swimming space, very well oxygenated water and need to be kept in larger groups ideally
