It is empty I hate it :( I'm trying to find some nice wood to put in the tank but that proving more difficult then I thought. I feel sorry for my fish because I think they are stressed because of how wide open the tank is and there's not many spots to hide

UPDATE: Ammonia- 0ppm Nitrite- hard to tell if its 0ppm or off the charts cause the color isn't on the chart. It almost looks tinted black Nitrate- 5ppm Don't know weather or not to do a water change or add amonia...

I'm already going to be adding a co2 system to my tank once I can afford the fire extinguisher haha but thanks for looking :)

I discovered its my tap water, after letting my tap water sit over night and testing it was hitting 8.4 which is where my tank is currently.

Yea I know, and eBay isn't much better at 156$ and that's still before the tank gets filled because I don't think they come full ( I may be wrong ) . So add another 40$ ontop of that plus I'd have to pay boarder fees and and tax, so there's another 40-100 depending on weight. Looks like this...

@ greenmumma- I am going to try a Co2 tank for more than the fact I want to go planted. I've been hearing Co2 will help lower my ph levels which are fairly high so any bit helps. Plus I finally think I have an idea of what I'd like to stock in it.

I got two threads mixed up, I thought I was writing in my 10 gal journal. On the 65 gal I was doing 10% water changes twice a day. Until I started doing bigger ones as posted above

Just how do you guys tell If you have lost a fish? I see a lot of people on here that have the really small colourful fish but with all your plants isn't it hard to see if you have a dead fish? And if you did lose a fish doesn't that put the others in danger of getting sick?

There's only one thing with a planted thank I'm iffy on, what if a fish does and because of the plants you can't find it? Wouldn't it cause problems for other fish?

Thats the thing already tested my tap water and its way lower Tap water reads 7.8, but that's right out of the tap I have a sample sitting for 24hours to see if there is any change But there's nothing in my tank besides my substrate, a small piece of drift soon and some plastic decor
